Do You Have Size Charts?

Yes! Each Individual Product contains a size chart for your convenience.

Please look at a few of our size charts below to determine the best sizing for you. Since all of our items are custom printed once ordered, we do not allow returns or exchanges.

For unisex sizes you may want to size down for a more fitted look or size up for an over-sized look.

REFUND | CANCELLATIONS

  • Customers have until 10 am CST the following day from your purchase date to process a refund if the order has not been processed yet.
  • Send us an email with your order number at: contact@ripplesboutique.com with the subject line "CANCEL"

RETURNS

  • Since all of our items are custom printed once ordered we do not accept returns or exchanges. We accept returns for defective items only.
  • However, we do believe in customer satisfaction and carry a protection plan for any damaged products.
  • Due to the limited nature of the items we offer, we do accept exchanges on a special order basis.

ELIGIBILITY

  • To be eligible, all products must be unused and all products must be in their original packaging.
  • Items that have been used in any way ARE NOT eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
  • All we ask is that customers be fair with us and we will be fair with them. If your items are damaged or have design flaws, we will usually replace them with no questions asked.
  • If you have had any item longer than 7 days from the day the item was indicated delivered, we cannot accept it at all.
  • We will often offer you a discount towards a new product. To start this process, send an email to: contact@ripplesboutique.com with the following: 
  1. Images of the defective product.
  2. Order number or proof of purchase and the email address used at purchase

We want you to be happy with our items though, so if anything is wrong with your item at all, please send us a photo and we will be happy to assist your needs.

How do I make changes to my order?

After being placed, orders are shipped within one business day. In MANY cases, orders are shipped on the same day. Once an order is placed, the customer is no longer able to make changes. If your order has been picked and is set to ship, our team cannot make any changes to the order. A return/exchange will have to be processed upon approval of our customer care team.

I Just placed an order when will it ship?

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing and production time. Orders will be shipped from the nearest fulfillment center the product is made from.

How long is the shipping time?

Orders over $35 in the USA and $100.00 international will receive Free Standard Shipping.

Orders with STANDARD SHIPPING are shipped within 3-5 business days. Estimated time for delivery is 5-10 business days from when order is shipped.

Orders placed after 11 am CST or on the weekend, will be processed the next business day for shipping.

The first day the order shows it "shipped" DOES NOT count as a business day.  

Saturday is not a business day. Depending on where you live, you may not have postal service on Saturday.

U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

There are circumstances that can be out of our control. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time. The delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

How can I track my packages?

Customers will receive an email once the order has been shipped with tracking information.

Once an order has been placed, customers will receive a series of emails that will include:

1. An order confirmation with your Order Number

2. A confirmation of shipping

3. A delivery confirmation

Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Depending on the order size, products may be shipped from various warehouse centers closest to your location.

"I placed my order but did not get my confirmation?"

In most cases, your confirmation email is sent to the email associated with your order on our site. If you used an express pay method such as Shop Pay or PayPal, the confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with the express pay method. Also make sure to check your junk folder.

Do you have any discount codes?

The best way to stay up to date with our promotions and sales is to subscribe to our Newsletter. You can do this at the bottom of every page on our website. 

Can I use multiple discount codes?

No. You can use a gift card and a discount code together, but you cannot use multiple discount codes on a single order.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Why am I being charged sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated and charged based on your shipping address.
